Breakage and Returns |
Our friendly breakage and return policy is here for you if you run into problems with your eyewear purchase. |

Frames |
If frames are broken or unrepairable as a result of a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the frames with no charge. However, if frames are broken as a result of wear and tear (within one year from the date of purchase), the patient will pay for half the price of a new frame and half the price of the new lenses if applicable.

Lenses |
If the lenses are damaged or broken as a result of a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the lenses without charge. However, if the lenses are damaged or broken as a result of wear and tear, the patient will pay for half the price of a new lens/pair of lenses if applicable. If it is necessary that we remake your lenses as a result of our error, there will be no charge to the patient within 90 days.

Returns |
Prescription (and non-prescription eyewear such as sunglasses) eyewear can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that no signs of damage or abuse are present on the frames, however, a 20% restocking charge will apply. The 20% restocking charge will also apply to contact lenses purchased, even if the box is unopened. |

Remakes |
Remakes without a prescription change will be charged a 20% fee. Remakes as a result of a doctor’s prescription change will be at no charge within 90 days from the date of purchase. |
