Our friendly breakage and return policy is here for you if you run into problems with your eyewear purchase.
 
Frames 
Within 90 days from the initial date of purchase:

If frames are broken or unrepairable as a result of a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the frames with no charge. However, if frames are broken as a result of wear and tear, the patient will pay for half the price of a new frame and half the price of the new lenses if applicable.

 
Lenses 
Within 90 days from the initial date of purchase:

If the lenses are damaged or broken as a result of a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the lenses without charge. However, if the lenses are damaged or broken as a result of wear and tear, the patient will pay for half the price of a new lens/pair of lenses if applicable. If it is necessary that we remake your lenses as a result of our error, there will be no charge to the patient within this 90 day time frame.  

 
Returns 
Prescription eyeware can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that no signs of damage or abuse are present on the frames. A 40% restocking charge will apply to prescription returns. Non prescription eyewear such as sunglasses can only be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
 
Remakes 
Remakes without a prescription change will be charged a 20% fee. Remakes as a result of a doctor’s error will be at no charge for 90 days.
